The winery

Ingorokva began in 2017 in Kakheti. It was founded by Professor Gocha Ingorokva, a Georgian physician, and is directed today by Rostom Sesiashvili.

At each harvest the grapes are bought from local growers, selected in the vineyard and selected again on arrival at the marani — the wine cellar.

The spirits

Distilled from Georgian grapes. Two families, two bottles.

A square decanter with an illustrated label for the cognacs; a tall bottle, numbered by its years, for the brandies.

The marani

Selected twice, in the vineyard and in the cellar.

More than 3,500 tonnes of grapes are bought at each harvest. The winery produces wine, brandy and cognac in steel, in oak, and in qvevri.
